Neck, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
owned by G. W. Smith & Sons, surveyed February 27, 1948 by Otto
van Tuyltt , which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on November 22, 1948 as Map No. 1663, bounded and
described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Smith Drive North and the easterly side of Main Bayview Road;
running thence along the easterly side of Main Bayview Road North 51
degrees 00 minutes West 75.00 feet;
V thence North 39 degrees 00 minutes East 150.00 feet and parallel with
the northerly side of Smith Drive North;
thence South 51 degrees 00 minutes East 75.00 feet to the northerly
side of Smith Drive North;
thence along the northerly side of Smith Drive North South 39 degrees
00 minutes West 150.00 feet to the corner at the point or place of

and Sons, Inc. to Parker E. Dickerson by deed dated December 16, 1954
filed December 21, 1954 in the Office of the Registrar of the County
of Suffolk under Doc. No. 52383, Cert. No. 28671.
* TOGETHER WITH the right to use, for all reasonable purposes , in common
with others, .subject to such reasonable rules and regulations with
respect to the use thereof as the said George W. Smith & Sons, Inc .
may from time to time put into effect, that portion of Lots No. 37 and '
