BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the curved northerly line of Mill Creek
Drive, 175.0 feet easterly along said northerly line and it' s extension
westerly from the extension southerly of the easterly line of Grove
Road; said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of land
conveyed or about to be conveyed by Alfred Addimando and Rose Addimando
to Mary Bond; from said point of beginning running along said land of
Bond, North 4 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 121 feet,
more or less, to the edge of a dredged canal; thence easterly along
said edge of said canal, 117 feet, more or less; thence along other land
of Smith, South 16 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of
130 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly line of said Mill Creek
Drive, thence along said northeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive, North
58 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 50 .21 feet; thence
westerly on a curve to the left having a radius of 75.0 feet, a distance
of 24.79 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
