convey an easement over a strip of land 3 feet wide and 170 feet in
length extending from the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 179,
Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park, completed September 15, 1926,
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s
Office on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, being at Bayview, near
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, and
running southerly and southwesterly within said Lot No. 179 the
westerly line of said strip being 3 feet westerly of the easterly
line of the premises and 3 feet northerly of the southerly line of the
premises.
In addition, this grantof the 3 foot easement shall continue from
the southerly line of Lot No. 179 southerly and across Sunset Path
to Lot No. 163 as shown on said map.
This easement is given for the purpose of allowing water to be
supplied from the northeasterly corner of Lot No . 179 to Lot No. 163.
The grantee of the easement is further given the right to install a
water line and well point within the easement area and to maintain
same providing that the land of the grantor is restored, graded and
planted to its original condition.
This easement is to run with the land for the benefit of Lot No. 163
as shown on said map.
