No. 5187; said point of beginning being that point on the westerly
side of Laurel Avenue, where the southerly side of said map inter-
sects the same;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Laurel Avenue, the w
following four (4) courses and distances :
(1) South 14 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East,, 8.90 feet;

where the northerly side of the L. I.R.R. Company intersects the same;
RUNNING THENCE South 84 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West along
land ,of' the grantee , 538.43 feet;
k ,THENCE North 9degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West, partly along
land of the grantee and partly along land shown on Map of Yennecott
Park, 989.10 feet;

shown on Map of Yennecott Park, 459.86 feet to the westerly side of
Lsurel,Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
This conveyance is subject to a $47,683.40 purchase money first
mortgage made by the parties of the second part to the party of the
first part and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
Subject to right of way sixty (60) feet in width across said
premises heretofore granted to Long Island Lighting Company.
Premises herein are the same premises as described in the Deed
X recorded in Liber 1403 cp 135 .
Joseph Blados, the party of the first part herein and
Joseph Bladdis are one and the same person.
t Said premises are the same premises conveyed by Clara E. Lang
; to 'Joseph `Bladdis (the seller herein) and Josephine Bladdis„ his
wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated January 5, 1929,
and recorded in Suffolk County Clekk's Office in Liber 1403 of
Deeds at page 135, the said Josephine Bladdis (also known as
+°:Josephine Blados) having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York on May 17, 1972, survived by her husband,
Joseph Blados (also known as Joseph Bladdis) , the party of the
first part herein.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
' the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply'
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
