J 57 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose Neck, situate at Bayview,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned by G. W. Smith &
Sons " , made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, New York,
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 22 , 1948
and by File No . 1663 .
PARCEL II ALL that tract, or parcel of land, adjacent to the premises above
described, being bounded northwesterly by Parcel I and northeasterly
by other land of George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. , southerly by the exist-
ing canal, and westerly by land of Thomas J. Zukas and wife.
The aforesaid parcels I and II when taken together being more 4
particularly bounded and described as shown following:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southeasterly line of Smith t
Drive South 610.0 feet northeasterly along the said southeasterly line
from Main Bayview Road, being the northerly corner of land conveyed by

easterly along said southeasterly line from the northerly corner of

ginning running along said southeasterly line of Smith Drive, South,
North 39 degrees 00 minutes East 60. 0 feet to an iron pipe and land
conveyed by George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. to Edward White; thence along
said land of White, being parallel with and ;20.0 feet northeasterly
from the northeasterly line of Lot No . 58 as shown on said map South
51 degrees 00 minutes East 240.82 feet to the shore of a dredged canal;
