Van Tuyl from Surveys completed on January 28, 1963 and 1 filed in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on August 19 ,E 1963 as Map No. 3848 , which said lot is bounded and described as follows : a BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Glenn Road where the division line between lots 6 and 7 as shown on aforesaid map inter-t sects same ; said point being distant 484 .10 feet easterly as measured along the southerly side of Glenn Road from its intersection with the easterly side of Bayview Road; running thence along the southerly side of Glenn Road south 66 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds east 100 _ feet.; running thence along the division line between lots 7 and 8 as - shown on aforesaid map, south 19 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds west' 233 feet; running thence along the southerly line of lot 7 as shown on aforesaid map, in a westerly direction for a distance of 115 feet more or less to the easterly line of lot 6 as shown on the aforesaid j map; running thence along the division line between lots 7 and 8 ; as shown on the aforesaid map, north 23 degrees 4B minutes 30 seconds i East 225 feet more or less to the southerly side of Glenn Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. Marks, his wife, by deed dated October 11, 1968, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on November 8, 1968 , in Liber 6452 of deeds at Page 52 . SUBJECT TO a purchase money first mortgage of even date and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
