said other land of Arthur W. Hahn, Jr. and parallel with the south-
easterly boundary hereinabove described North 47° 491 40" East 116. 50
feet to said southwesterly line of Birch Road; thence along said south-

point of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO the following Covenants and Restrictions:
1. That no building shall be erected on the above described premises
unless the same shall be set back at least 20 feet from the roadway
and any building erected on the above described premises must and shall
be built, used, enjoyed and occupied only for residential purposes .
2 . That no building shall be erected on the above described premises at
a cost of less than $2 , 500.00, except a private garage or similar
private structure.
3 . That only two dwellings may be erected on the above described

5. Neither the parties of the second part, nor their heirs or assigns
