WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Bayview, Suff¢lk County,
New York, more particularly shown and designated as Lot Number 20
on Map of Bayside Terrace, which map was filed in Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on March 11, 1953 as Map No. 2034.
Together with the right to use, in common with others as determined
by the party of the first part, and only for the benefit of the
premises herein described, for ingress and egress only, to Goose
Creek, a strip of land at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, 20 feet in width, bounded northeasterly about 240 feet
by Waterview Drive as it extends northwesterly to Goose Creek,
southeasterly by Waterview Drive 20 feet, southwesterly by lands
. now or formerly of Eastern Suffolk Realty Inc. about 240 feet, and
northwesterly by Goose Creek.
Together with a right of way for ingress and egress and for public

I BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Frank C.
X Miragliotta by Frank C. Miragliotta and Elissa Miragliotta, his wife,
by deed dated October 22, 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 3 , 1971 in Liber 7038 at page

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
