Together with the right to use, in common with others as determined by the party of the first part, and only for the benefit of the premises herein described, for ingress and egress only, to Goose Creek, a strip of land at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, 20 feet in width, bounded northeasterly about 240 feet by Waterview Drive as it extends northwesterly to Goose Creek, southeasterly by Waterview Drive 20 feet, southwesterly by lands . now or formerly of Eastern Suffolk Realty Inc. about 240 feet, and northwesterly by Goose Creek.
