existing under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of New York
(Chapter 234 of the Laws of New York, 1907 , and acts amendatory thereto)

Suffolk County, New York 11971,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
- ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being It at Southold , Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Terry Lane where
the same is intersected by the northeasterly side of land now or form-
erly of Southold Park District;
Running thence from said point or place of beginning, along the
southeasterly side of Terry Lane, North 21 degrees 32 minutes 00
seconds East, 127.84 feet to land now or formerly of Overton;
Running thence along said last mentioned land, South 54 degrees
29 minutes 20 seconds East, 287 . 0 feet to the ordinary high water mark
of Town Harbor;
Running thence along the said ordinary high water mark of Town
Harbor, the tie line of which is South 15 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds
West, a distance of 149 .38 feet to land now or formerly of Southold
Park District;
Running thence along said last mentioned land, North 51 degrees
28 minutes 40 seconds West, 308 . 0 feet to the southeasterly side of

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
Seller, in and to the beach, waters and lands under water in front of

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
