BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors by Ernest E. Wilsberg and Harold W. Wilsberg by deed dated August 21, 1967 and recorded August 21, 1967 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 6206 at Page 123.
