THIS INDENTURE, made the N day of 360493JIMt nineteen hundred and seventy-three,
BETWEEN Carl Reiter, residing at (no street number) Main Road, Southold,
New York, surviving tenant by the entirety,
palty of the first part, and St. John's Lutheran Church, a domestic religious corpora-
tion with offices at (no street number) Hicksville Road and Gail Drive North,
North Massapequa, New York,
party of the second part,
MWITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
ten ($10) and no/100 dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration,

U. ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a monument on the northwesterly side of Sound View Avenue where
the southwesterly line of the hereinafter described premises and the northeast-
erly line of land now or formerly of Kramer intersects said northwesterly side
of Sound View Avenue; running thence north 40°11130" west, along last men-
tioned land and along land now or formerly of Ranieri, 298. 42 feet to the mean
high water line of Great Pond; thence northerly, northeasterly and easterly,
along the said mean high water line of Great Pond the following three tie line
courses and distances: (1) north 8°53140" east, 109. 69 feet; (2) north 62006'10"
east, 115. 41 feet; (3) south 84°34150" east, 148. 23 feet to land now or formerly
of Currie; thence south 42°42120" east, along last mentioned land, 199 feet to
the northwesterly side of Sound View Avenue; thence south 420)14110" west,
along the said northwesterly side of Sound View Avenue, 310. 78 feet to the
monument at the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Frank C. Barker to
Carl Reiter (party of the first part herein) and Minnie Reiter, his wife (now
deceased), by deed dated November 25, 1932, recorded February 24, 1933,
liber 1699 of conveyances, page 343, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title, and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part of, in, and to Csreat Pond and the lands under the waters of Great
Pond adjoining said premises on the north.
