Corso, as Sheriff, to Ranick Construction Corp.
Bear Sirs:
You have sent me a photostatic copy of the above deed dated December 12, 1973
from Philip F. Corso, as Sheriff, to Ranick Construction Corp. which deed was
recorded January 4, 1974.
This is a deed from the Sheriff pursuant to a sheriff's sale of the property in
question and the property must be placed on the assessment roll and assessed
to Ranick Construction Corp. , assuming that Ranick Construction Corp. is still
the owner.
These matters should be handled in the same manner as any other conveyance.
