Vil.lale and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows :
Northerly by land of David A. Rothman; Easterly partly by land
formerly of 11. Belle Van Dusen and partly by land of Charles W.
Turner; Snuthr,rly by Mechanic Street, and Westerly by land formerly
of Charles F. Kramer. Being eighty (80) feet front and rear and one ,
hundred seventy-five (175) feet in depth from front to rear.

SUBJECT to a free and unobstructed right of way for passage on
foot and with vehicles across the premises herein described from the
land of David A. Rothrlan on the North over .^.ueh portion of the
pre-mixes hereby conveyed as the parties of the second part may designate
and which right of way is tan (10) feet wide.
Being and intended to be the premises heretofore conveyed by
George W. Smith and Rose M. Srith, his wife, to Spencer 1/. Petty
by deed dated June 14, 1924, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk ' s Office in Liber 1103 of deeds at pafr,e 236 on June 18, 1924,
and further being, the same premises of which said Spencer W. Petty
died seized and possessed of on January 15, 1962 and more particularly
devised under his last Will and Testament dated November 19, 1952, by
the "THIRD" Paragraph thereof and which Will was probated in the
Surrogate 's Court of Suffolk County on February 5, 1962 (Surrogate 's
Court No . 1152-P-1962) o
