THIS INDENTURE,'made the f Y day of March nineteen hundred and seventy—three

as executors of the last will and testament of
MAE JANSON FIELD late of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York 11971
who died on the 26thday of December , nineteen hundred and seventy—two
party of the first part, and HILDEGARD MORAND, residing at 415 Aquaview Road,
East Marion, New York 11939,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on January 18, 1973 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Thirty—five Thousand
(35, 000) ------------------------------------------------------dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known
and designated as Lot Number 107 as shown on "Map of Founders
Estates," filed in the Suffolk'County Clerk' s Office as Map ,
s" No. 834
'? 00 TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
1i' of the first part in and to that portion of Old Shipyard Road
lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and premises above
described to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions, if any, affecting said
premises, and subject also to zoning restrictions and ordinances
adopted by any municipal, town, village or other governmental
<• authority.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by
Harry N. Renn and Anity B. Renn, his wife, to Charles H. Field and
Mae V. Field, his wife, by deed dated May 14th, 1949, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 16;
1949 in Liber 2949 page 339. The said Charles H. Field died a
resident of Suffolk County on October 19th, 1970. (See Suffolk
County Surrogate's File No. 1527 P 1970. )
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the firstpart in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the secondpart forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the'trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
