seconds West, a distance of 1,219.06 feet to a monument on the northerly
line of the North Road; thence along said northerly line of the North

46 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 162 .08 feet to a monument
and said land of Booth; thence along said land of Booth, North 00

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View
Avenue where same is intersected by the easterly line of land
conveyed to Arthur L. Zielinski by deed recorded in Liber
5053 cp 509, and running thence North 0 degrees 23 minutes 20
seconds West along said easterly line of said land, 340.0 feet
to the ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound; thence
easterly along said high water line ( being on a general course
South 64 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East) , 101.78 feet to the
-i -westerly line of ,land conveyed to Lillian and Floyd Tomek by
deed recorded in Liber 3219 cp 528; thence along said westerly
line South 1 degree 39 minutes 40 seconds West, 324.63 feet to
the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and thence North 70 degrees
' 33 minutes 20 seconds West along the northerly side of Sound View
Avenue, 85.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
This Deed is being re-recorded for the sole purpose of adding
additional Real Estate Transfer Tax in the amount of $207.90
which was inadvertently omitted on original recording.
