a certain map entitled, "Bay Haven at Southold, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York" , surveyed December 10, 1968 by Otto W. Van
Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd day of Jan-
uary, 1959, as map #2910, which said lot is bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeast side of Bay Haven Lane which
said point is distant northeasterly 632.86 feet from the corner form-
ed by the intersection of the northeasterly side of Watersedge Way
with the southeasterly side of Bay Haven Lane, and from said point of
Beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Bay Haven Lane, North
37 degrees 54 minutes 10 Seconds East, 125.00 feet; RUNNING THENCE
South 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East, 125.00 feet; RUNNING
THENCE South 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West, 125.00 feet; RUN-
NING THENCE North 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West, 125.00 feet
to the point or -place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE, the same premises conveyed to the parties of
the first part by William Wells by deed dated February 28, 1962 re-
corded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Liber 5139 cp 110.
ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE, the grantees hereunder by signing this instru-
ment hereby expressly assume the bond and mortgage dated April 5, 1962
made by Arthur J. Wilks, III and Sally B. Wilks, his wife, to the
Southold Savings Bank which said mortgage was recorded at the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on April 13, 1962 at Liber 3833 mp 474 and the
said grantees do hereby expressly agree to pay the balance of princi-
pal in the amount of $10,806,50 and the balance of interest in the
amount of $46.83 now outstanding on said bond and mortgage.
