more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Wells Avenue located
20 feet easterly of the point of intersection with Wells Avenue of the
boundary line between Lots 2 and 3 as shown on said map; running
thence along the said southerly line of Wells Avenue North 73 degrees
20 minutes 00 seconds East 80 feet to the division line between Lots
3 and 4 as shown on said map ; running thence along said division line
I; South 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds; East 201 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence in a southwesterly
direction along the high water mark of Jockey Creek about 80 feet to
a point 20 feet easterly of the said boundary line between Lots 2 and
3 as shown on said map when measured at right angles thereto; running
it thence North 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West about 193 feet to
the said southerly line of Wells Avenue at the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE11the same premises conveyed to Elizabeth T.
li Albertson by W. Corey Albertson and Elizabeth T. Albertson, his wife,
by deed dated June 3 , 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on June 7, 1.971 in Liber 6942 at page 193 .
