200 .00 feet ; 2) thence North 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West
338. 91 feet to said southerly line of Middle Road; thence along said
southerly line North 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East 200.00 feet
to the point or place of beginning .
