BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of North Bayview

monument situate at the intersection of the southerly side of
North Bayview Road and the easterly side of Jacob' s Lane:
(1) South 73 degrees 20 minutes 30 seconds East 417. 10 feet;
(2) South 73 degrees 03 minutes ,30 seconds East 326.93 feet;
(3) South 73 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds East 11. 30 feet; and
(4) South 73 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East 3. 70 feet;
thence from said point of beginnipg running along the southerly
side of North Bayview Road South 73 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds
East 185 feet to a monument situate at the division line between
Lots 10 and 11 on map of Leeward Acres at Bayview, filed as
Map No. 5599; thence along the division line between said Lots
10 and 11 South 16 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds West 216. 30 feet
to a monument; thence running the following two courses and dis-
tances :
(1) North 73 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West 184.96 feet to
a monument; and
(2) North 16 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 216.30 feet to
a monument situate at thesoutherly side of North Bayview
Road, the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with an undivided one fifty-third (1/53rd) interest with
respect to each of the foregoing lots in lands shown and designat-
ed as "Park, Recreation and Drainage Area" on the map of Leeward
Acres at Bayview, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
