Hyatt to high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence in an easterly direction along high water mark of Long Island Sound 100 feet, more or less, to a point which is 100 feet distant from 'the southwesterly line of the premises herein described when measured at right angles thereto; running thence South 64 degrees 50 minutes East along land of Walter E. Hyatt to the northwesterly line of land of Vera A.
