WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
fyingand being bwdo at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
�c^, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: -_
BEGINNING at a stake set on the southerly line of a certain 20 foot M
right of way at the northwesterly corner of land owned by Leslie Jewell; —
4nd running thence along said land of Leslie Jewell, South ;9 degrees
it h. 15 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 250.06 feet; thence along
lands of the party of the first part, two courses as follows: (1) South i
67 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence
(2) North 23 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 250.06 P_
feet to said southerly line of said 20 foot right of way, North 67 de-
grees 53 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 75.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 20 foot right of way from the
northwesterly corner of the premises northeasterly to the north road to
Bayview; and with a right of way over said right of way to the place
iwhere it touches the southerly end of a canal or cut dredged by Edwin
H. Brown.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE, the same premises conveyed to th e party of
the first part and Louis A. Witten by William Zeh and Doris Zeh by
deed dated June 11, 1964 recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on June 16, 1964 at Liber 5559 cp 156.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TOAir
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
