BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly side of Wells Road
2721.88 feet southerly as measured along the easterly side of Wells
Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the said easterly
side of Wells Road and the Southerly side of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East through
an iron pipe 194. 00 feet to a point in the ordinary high water mark
of Richmond Creek;
RUNNING THENCE along said ordinary high water mark on a Tie
Line course of South 5 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East 100. 00
feet to the northerly line of the land now or formerly of Berg;
RUNNING THENCE along the land now or formerly of Berg, South
$4 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West through an iron pipe 194. 00
feet to the said easterly side of Wells Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the said easterly side of Wells Road,
North 5 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 100. 00 feet to the point
