ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbered 30 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Section One, Fairview Park, at Southold,

(50) feet thereof which was heretofore conveyed to the Town of Southold,

which was heretofore conveyed to the Town of Southold.
