both residing at 1728 Bogart Avenue, Bronx, New York,

County Clerk' s Office on November 22, 1932 as Map No. 1106, said
premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Goldin Lane (which

distance of 97.36 feet from the point formed by the intersection of

Being the same premises conveyed by JOSEPH JOHN AV'ETA to the
grantor herein by deed dated October 22, 1955 and recorded in the
Q Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 26, 1955 in Liber 4003 of
w deeds at Page 77, the present deed being made to create a tenancy
D by the entirety between said ANTHONY CUPIOLA, designated as a grantee
herein under his true name of ANTHONY J. CUPIOLA, and DOROTHY
CUPIOLA, his wife.
