boat basin as shown on the above mentioned map. F
SUBJECT, further, to right of owners of other lots facing said boat
basin to have cranes or bulldozers or other machinery pass over that
portion of the above described lot as shall bU designated by the
owner thereof, for the purpose of dredging the said boat basin, upon
postinf; security for restoration and repair of any and all improvements
on the above described lot .
