signature to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume
and pay the existing mortgage on the premises described herein
which was made to the Southold Savings Bank by William J. van
Mater, the grantor herein, dated February 16, 1972 and recorded
February 23, 1972 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber r;
6290 at page 165 and mortgage dated May 17, 1972, recorded May 30,
1972 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 5372 at page
184, which mortgage contained a statement consolidating it with
1 mortgage above mentioned; and mortgage dated December 5, 1973,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 6948 at page ,312 on December 14, 1973, which mortgage contained
a statement consolidating it with the two mortgages mentioned above
to form a single valid first lien on the premises, on which the

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
