TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
f the first part, if any, of, in and to Leeton Drive lying in front
f and adjacent to said premises and to the center line thereof.
Subject to covenants, rights, reservations, conditions and
estrictions affecting, said premises and also as contained in deed
of Lidico Corporation to Vincent Simeoni dated May 15, 1951, and
ecorded in the Suffolk County _Clerk' s office in liber 3221 of
eeds at page 558.
Subject_ to such state of facts a personal inspection thereof
ay disclose and a more accurate survey may show.-
This is a correction deed intended to correct the description
in the deed from party of the first part to Frank E. Yuda and Stephanie
