j mark, where the southerly line of the property of
�i now or formerly Jenkins adjoins and intersects the
I' northerly line of the land of Signe Von P. Carter;
4 running thence Northerly along Peconic Bay 260 feet
to the Southerly line of land now belonging to Caroline
L. Jenkins; thence Westerly along the line of the land
r of Jenkins to the highway leading to Paradise Point;
{i thence Southerly along the said highway to the land
Ri of Carter; thence Easterly along the line of the land
of Carter to the point or place of BEGINNING.

TRACT II : Tract consisting of the northwesterly
portion of said premises conveyed to Francis Aksein,
with approximate dimensions of 96. 41 feet by 224 . 32
feet;

TRACT III : Tract consisting of northeasterly portion
of said property conveyed to John Hickey (now Robert
!j Gilbert) with approximate dimensions of 65 feet by
298 feet, together with a right of way thereto.

TI BEING the same premises , except for the three tracts
11 listed above, conveyed to Robert J. Kent and Mary E .
Kent, his wife , by deed from John S. Jenkins and
I! Caroline L. Jenkins, his wife, dated July 15, 1924
k and recorded July 22, 1924 in Deed Liber 1106 , page
301. The said Mary E. Kent predeceased the said
Robert J. Kent, both domiciled in Southold, Suffolk
j County, New York, the said Robert J. Kent left a will
Ij wherein the premises described in Deed Liber 1106
h page 301 were conveyed to Robert J. Kent. Robert J.
Kent died February 19 , 1972, domiciled in Summit,
l Union County, New Jersey, leaving a will wherein he
j appointed the party of the first part as Executor
k� and Trustee. The Robert J. Kent who died February 19,
1972 , is the son of Robert J. Kent who took title to
the premises by Deed Liber 1106, page 301.

It is the intention of this Deed to convey to Hazel
j Mignonette Kent all the right, title and interest in
It the above described premises which Robert J. Kent owned
j at the time of his death, together with any easements
or rights of way owned by him.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of

the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
} rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,

jj TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the

�k party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns

of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party

of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
!i said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as ,
