scribed as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Indian Neck Lane dis-
tant 125. 00 feet southerly, as measured along the easterly side of
Indian Neck Lane, from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Indian Neck Lane and the southerly side of Spring
Lane; and from said point of beginning running thence North 69 de-
grees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 165. 00 feet along land of Greenport,
N. Y. Congregation of Jehovah' s Witnesses; running thence South ' `
24 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 123. 00 feet along now or
formerly of Glintenkamp; running thence South 69 degrees 24 minutes
00 seconds West 165. 00 feet along land now or formerly of Sacco to
the easterly side of Indian Neck Lane; running thence along the
easterly side of Indian Neck Lane, North 24 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West 123.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William R.
Moore and E. Merle Moore, his wife, to Anna Vasiliou by deed dated_
August 8, 1972, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office
on August 16, 1972, in Liber 7221 of deeds, page 61.
THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to a mortgage dated the 8th day of
August, 1972, made by Anna Vasiliou to Joseph Saland and Shirley
Saland, his wife, in the principal sum of $7,500. 00 with interest
thereon, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on the 16th
day of August, 1972, in Liber 6452 of mortgages at page 27, and on
which said mortgage there is now due and unpaid, as of this date,
the sum of $6,460. 78 and interest.
