As per your request, the liber and page of the deed being corrected is as follows : Liber 6715, Page 411: The reason for the correction is that when the property was conveyed from Viola Manarel to Eugene I. Hart and Anna Marie Hart the deed did not reflect the fact that the Harts were entitled to beach rights and other reasonable use with other common lot owners to land lying in front of Plots 53 to 58, 168 to 195 and 277 to 310, all inclusive. This paragraph appears in the deed from one, Constance Martens to Viola Manarel, Liber 6479, Page 566, however,;+ <,tas inadvertently omitted from the subsequent deed to the Harts, AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for Js any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
