` TOGETHER with a right of way for passage on foot over other
lands of Louise Pond Jewell which right of way shall be over a strip
of land three feet in width on the southerly side of land of said
Louise Pond Jewell adjoining the northerly line of land of Frederick
W. Teves and wife and running from the westerly side of Hobart Road
to high water mark of Town Creek and covering a portion of lots 120
and 119 as' laiddown on said map.

BEGINNING at a stake set on the westerly line of Hobart Road
, as shown on said map, at a point 11.78 feet southerly along said line
; from the northeasterly corner of the said lot number 120, and being the
