by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

distant 203.47 feet Northerly from the intersection of the Easterly
side of South Harbor Road with the Northwesterly side of Baywater
Avenue and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of South,Harbor Road North
9 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds West 75. 0 feet to the land now or
formerly of Baker;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 71 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds
East 150.0 feet to land now or formerly of Stepnoski;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 9 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds
East 75.0 feet to land now or formerly of Montgomery;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 71 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds
West 150.0 feet to the Easterly side of South Harbor Road the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by deed dated March 5 , 1957, recorded at the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 4269 cp 61 and also being the
same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part as follows:
(a) by deed from Everett T. Goldsmith and wife to Edwin Fickeissen,
one of the parties of the first part herein by deed dated March 7,
1933, recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 1708
cp 282 and (b) by J. Albert Goldsmith and wife to Edwin Fickeissen, ,
one of the parties of the first part herein, by deed dated April 7 ,
1933, recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 1708

ASSUMPTION the Grantees hereby assume and agree to pay the mortgage
made by the Grantors to the Southold Savings Bank dated and recorded
fi December 28, 1971, at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Liber 6240
