SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by Stanley Poliwoda, Joseph W.
Poliwoda and Alec Poliwoda in the principal sum of $185, 000. 00
with interest due thereon at the rate of 6 1/2% per annum from
the 30th day of November, 1973, which mortgage the parties of
the second part hereby agree to assume and pay.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by
Stanley Poliwoda, Joseph W. Poliwoda, and Alec Poliwoda to
Alvin Chumsky, George Ahlers, Ernest Wilsberg and Harold Wilsberg,
by deed dated December 21, 1972 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on January 10, 1973 in Liber 7321 of deeds at page
