paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release moo the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being HOW at: Iiayview, Town of Southold, COnnty Of Stiff Olk, State of New
York, known and designated as and by kot No, 27 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y. "
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Of Suffolk on December 29,
1958 as Map No. 2901.
THIS conveyance is made in the usual or regular course of the business
actually conducted by the party of the first, part..
THE grantees herein, Charles A . Cardona, Jr. and Valerie
Cardona , his wife, hereinbelow affix their signatures to this
instrument evidencing their agreement to assume and pay the
existing mortgage on the premises described herein which was made
to the Southold Savings Bank by Founders Homes , Inc. , the grantor
herein, dated July 10, 1973 and recorded August 8, 1973 in the
Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 6817 at page 315, on which
the present remaining principal balance is $25, 500.00 with interest
paid to January 3, 1974.
TOGETHER WITH and subject to covenants, restrictions, easements
and agreements set forth in deed dated June 13, 1973 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on June 19, 1973 in Liber 7421
of deeds at page 468 .

the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have. Leen encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the cotasiderttinn for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the liaymeut of the cost of the improvement before using ajly part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
