paid by the part ies of the second part, do hereby Brant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assidus forever, all
that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in
the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,` bounded and
described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point, marked by a monument, on the southeast corner of Hobart
Road and Korn Road (also known as Hobart and Korn Avenues) ; running thence along the
southerly side of Korn Road, N. 73° 11' 00" E. , 101.42 feet to a point marked by a
monument and land formerly of Anne E. Brennan, and now of Donald E. Brennan and his
brother, Joseph J. Brennan, and formerly land of Lewis W. Korn; running thence along
the said last mentioned land, S. 17° 06' 10" E., 162.30 feet to a point marked by a
monument, and land formerly of "Founders Estates," now of Herbert and Katherine
Cassidy; running thence along the said land of Cassidy, S. 70° 56' 20" W. , 75.82 feet
to the easterly side of Hobart Road; running thence along the easterly side of Hobart
Road, N. 250 55' 00" W. , 167.37 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part,
if any, in and to the highways adjacent to the foregoing premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the aforesaid Thomas E.
Murray by deed of Alfred H. and Loraine Cosden, recorded on the 19th day of May, 1942
in Liber 2233 cp 239; and the same premises conveyed by him to the parties of the first
