WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release into the party of the second part, the heirs

follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Hiawatha' s
Path, 150. 62 feet southerl.v along said westerly line from the
southerly line of said IIiawatha' s Path from said point of beginning
running along said westerly Linc of Hiawatha' s Path, South 8 degrees
47 minutes East_ 125.0 feet to a monument; thence along land of
Antonison, South 31 degrees 13 minutes West 109. 26 feet to a monument
and land of Schilling; thence along said land of Schilling and along
land of Cedric H. Wickham, North -i degrees 47 minutes West, 125.0
feet; thence along other land of Cedric H. Wickham, North 81 degrees
13 minutes East, 109. 26 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all rights, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any, in and to land lying within the bound of Hiawatha'
Path, adjacent to the said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGFTHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches
above mean high water, jointly owned by the Laughing :dater Property
Owners Association, or used jointly by all Laughing Prater property
owners.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of ti
first part herein by deed dated June 24, 1974 and recorded June 25,
1974 in Liber 7662, Page 400 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGI,'THER with the appurtenances -
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not clone or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party Of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has drily executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
