Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y. , and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, _)n June 8, 1965 us ..ap No. 4362.
TOGETHER WITH an easement over the streets as shown on the filed map
herein to the nearest public highway.
TOGETHER with the use, in common with others, of the beach area and
parking area adjacent thereto; said beach area having a depth of
approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Bay,
and having a length of 900 feet more or less measured along the
ordinary high watermark, and said parking area having a frontage on the
northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet,
running westerly along said street from lot No. 7, and having a depth of
not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The parking
area shall be immediately adjacent and contiguous to the beach area

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by deed dated June 20, 1974 made by Frederick W. Jenchen and
Ruth B. Jenchen, his wife, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on June 12, 1974 in Liber 7673 at page 369.
SUBJECT TO a mortgage made by the grantors herein to the Southold
Savings Bank in the amount of $36,000.00.
