residing at Narrow RiverRoad, Orient, New York,
parry of the first part, and
RONALD BUTKOVICH and MARGARET BUTKOVICH, his wife, both
residing at Custer Avenue, Southold, New York,
t party of the second part,
�I + WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valaable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
.� ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
U. -- lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of ,New
York, known and designated as Lot #72, as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section Three, Bayview, Town

of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuly and
Son 'Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed in the
Office of the Clerk, of the County of Suffolk, on August 7, 1968, as
Map No. 5147.
TOGETHER with the use in common with others of the beach area and parking
area adjacent thereto, as shown on Map of Harbor Lights Estates,Section One,
tayvfew, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. , filed in Office of Clerk
of County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map #4362; said beach area having
a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic
Bay and having a length of 900 feet; more or less, as measured along the
ordinary high water mark and said parking area having a frontage on the
northerlyside of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet running
westerly along said street from Lot No. 7 and having depth of not less than
150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The parking area shall be im-
mediately adjacent and contiguous to the beach area herein referred to.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by Reese by deed dated 10-14-70,recorded 10-16-70 in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Liber 6824, cp 79.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations and utility easements of
record.
TOGETHER with all right, title and 'interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the saidpremises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
J any other purpose.
The word "party shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
