BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein

of Indian Neck Road at its intersection with the said southerly side
of land of A. Knoblock; thence from said point of beginning running
along land of Aaronson, South 78 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West
393. 24 feet to land of F. Kull Estate; thence along the easterly
line of F. Kull Estate, North 5 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds West
128. 0 feet to lands of R. Cron; thence along said lands last men- "
tioned the following two courses and distances : +
1) North 79 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East 310. 59 feet; and

southwesterly corner of land of Hughes; thence along said land of

northwesterly corner of lands of A. Knoblock; thence along said lands
last mentioned, South 5 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West 154.34 feet
L to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for a right of way for ingress and
egress over the easterly thirty feet of the premises adjoining the
above described premises on the south a distance of 270 feet to and
from Indian Neck Road.
TOGETHER with the right to the use- (in common with others) of a
right of way twelve (12) feet in width extending from Indian Neck Road
northerly along the easterly line of land now or formerly of the
party of the first- part herein to land now or formerly of J. Hughes.

egress over the northerly and easterly thirty feet of the premises
herein described, the northerly line of which is the following
course and distance, to wit: North 79 degrees 57 minutes 50
seconds East 103. 53 feet; and the easterly line of which is the
following course and distance, to wit: South 5 degrees 00 minutes
10 seconds West 154.34 feet.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as set forth in Schedule
A annexed hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises as conveyed
by Robert C. Milliken and Genevieve Milliken, his wife, to Richard
J. Cron by deed dated June 18, 1971 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on July 20, 1971 in Liber 6969 of deeds at page 293.
