BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of ;

1. Running thence along said land of Gagen, North 10 degrees
53 minutes 5 seconds West, a distance of about 293 feet; running
thence North 79 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 14.0 feet to
land of the party of the first part; running thence South 10 degrees
53 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 293.20 to the northerly
line of Middle Road; thence in a southwesterly direction along the
line of Middle Road, South 66 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West to
the place of beginning.

2. On a line parallel with the boundary line between said land -
formerly of James J. Gagen and said land of the party of the first
part and 14,0 feet easterly therefrom; measured at right angles
thereto, North 10 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of
243.20 feet to a concrete monument; thence
on a line parallel with the northerly boundary line of said land
of the party of the first part, North 79 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 253.65 feet to a concrete monument; thence
South 23 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 182.11
feet to said northerly line of the Middle Road; thence along said
northerly line of the Middle Road, two courses, as follows:
On a curve to the right having a radius of 2259.01 feet a dis-
tance of 12.63 feet; thence
South 66 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
287. 37 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1. 335 acres,
by survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Surveyors, dated March 10,
1953.

3. Beginning at the Northwest corner of land described in
paragraph 2 above set forth, and from said point of beginning runnirq
along land of party of the first part as follows:
a) In direct extension northerly of the westerly boundary
of land described in paragraph 2 above, North 10 degrees 53
minutes 50 seconds West, 50.0 feet; thence
b) Parallel to the northerly boundary line of said land and
50.0 feet northerly therefrom North 79 degrees 15 minutes
00 seconds East, 242 .60 feet; thence
c) In direct extension northerly of the easterly boundary
line of said property, South 23 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds
East, 51.23 to a monument; thence
d) Along the northerly boundary of said land, South 79 degrees,
15 minutes 00 Seconds West, 253.65 feet to the point of begin-
ning. Containing 0.2848 acres.
The above described premises being the same premises conveyed G
to the party of the first party by Harold E. Tuthill and Gladys M. A
Tuthill, his wife, by deeds dated March 14, 1953, recorded on
March 16, 1953 at Liber 3487, Page 491 in the Office of the Clerk C
of the County of Suffolk, and by deed dated June 22 , 1966, recorded
on June 24, 1966 at Liber 5980, Page 164 of Deeds in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, and by deed dated March 10, 1964,
recorded on March 11, 1964 at Liber 5511, Page 541 of Deeds in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
