thence South 58 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East, along said land
now or formerly of Stollmeyer 70.80 feet to the Northwesterly side
of Sound View Avenue and the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO mortgage made by Carl F. Scheuermann, and Julie H.
Scheuermann, his wife, and Thomas Rybak and Amelia Rybak, his wife,
to Jay M. Glover and Ruth H. Glover, his wife, dated May 11, 1968
in the original amount of $8, 000.00, which the grantees herein do
hereby agree to assume and pay.

Scheuermann and Julie H. Scheuermann, his wife, and Thomas Rybak and
Amelia Rybak, his wife, by Jay M. Glover and Ruth H. Glover, his wife,.
by deed dated May 11, 1968, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on May 14, 1968 in Liber 6347 at page 151.
