Gagen; RUNNING THENCE North 5 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds East along last mentioned land, a distance of 200 "est to the south- erly side of Pine Neck Road; RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 37 min- utes 10 seconds East along the southerly side of Pine Neck Road, a die tance of 100 Peet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
