Harbor Lane, Southold, New York, party of the first part, and SUE R. ODELL, residing at 13411 Apple Tree Road, Houston, Texas, 77024, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considera- tion paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant M C�o and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the g party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plots piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Indian Neck Road where the same is inter- sected by the westerly line of land now or formerly of John P. Dauth; running thence along said land the following courses and distances: (1) South 39 degrees 26 minutes East 97. 94 feet; (2) South 30 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East 71. 27 feet; (3) South 24 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 309. 96 feet; (4) South 22 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East 709. 27 feet to Little Peconic Bay; thence along same South 62 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West 130. 69 feet to land now or formerly of Mary Lee Wiles Estate; thence along said land North 24 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West 1220. 36 feet to the southerly side of Indian Neck Road; thence along the southerly side of Indian Neck Road the following courses and distances: (1) North 76 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East 118. 46 feet; (2) North 74 f degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 14. 04 feet to the point or place of Beginning. Being the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed from Barbara C. Dubrul, dated October 9, 1967 and recorded on October 11,1967 ,in Liber 6236 at Page 401 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County. Excepting therefrom all of that certain plot, f piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements I thereon erected, heretofore conveyed by the party of the first REAt ESTATE. Katzenberg, as Seller, a and Robert A. Martin and Alvina L. Martin, as Purchaser, which Contract was recorded on August 1, 1972 in Liber 7209 at Page 391 in the said County Clerk' s office.
