Van Tuyl, surveyor, and filed in the office of the Clerk. of the County of Suffolk June 12, 1933 as Map No. 1128, which lands hereby conveyed according to said map are bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Private Road, distant 546.73 feet northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Private Road, with the northwesterly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence south 610 53 ' 40" West, 92 .10 feet to land of Suffolk Co. ; running thence north 400 29' 40" west along land of Suffolk County, 410.19 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence north 49° .30 ' 20" east along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound, 84.28 feet; running thence south 41° 15 ' 10" east partly along the southwesterly side of Private Road, 430 feet to the point or place of beginning. Together with a right-of-way for ingress and egress over the Private Road running from Sound View Avenue to Long Island Sound Beach; as shown on aforesaid map and any other rights of way, rights* Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the, party of the first partand Elsie Hodgins, now deceased, by deed from Acres of Diamonds, Inc.` dated November 30 1944 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 15, 1945 in Liber 2417 of Deeds, page 548. *and privileges, if any, conveyed to the party of the first part in prior instruments of record pertaining to the aforedeseribed prPmis?c. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO.
