or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inxl&x at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 50-foot private ro<.d
distant 308 feet westerly , as measured along the said northerly sine
of said private road from its intersection with the westerly side of
another private road, which point of intersection is distant 50 feet
westerly from the westerly line of land of Dayton measured on the 1Ar.e
drawn at right angles thereto , and which point of intersection is aL.,o
distant in a southerly direction 2070 .89 feet from the intersection
of the westerly side of the last mentioned private road with the
southerly side of Main Bayview Road when measured along the westerly
side of the said private road, and this point of intersection of sai;
private road with Main Bayview Road is also distant 50 feet westerly
from the westerly line of Dayton's Land measured on a line drawn at
right angles thereto from said point of BEGINNING; running thence
along land now or formerly of Campbell on a line drawn at right angles i
to the northerly side of said 50 foot private road 88 feet more or le=ss
to the high water mark of Corey Harbor; running thence westerly along
said high water mark 100 feet more or less to other land of Campbell
at a point therein which is distant 100 feet from the first mentioned.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever. -
BEING the same premises conveyed by GEOPGETTE CAMPBELL to GIRAUD W.
CAMPBELL, his wife, by Deed dated Play 21 , 1962 & recorded in the Of.figtj
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply r
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for =
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so requires.
