by MST Construction Corp, to the Southold Savings Bank, dated the
14th day of August, 1973 and recorded August 17, 1973 in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 6828 at page 96 in the amount
of $20,000.00.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by MST Construction' _
Corp. _to Hallock C. Kwasna, Jr. by deed dated November 27, 1973
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 28,
