shown on Map of Peconic Shores, Map #2, filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office as Map No 654, from said point of beginning; Running
along land of Axien, North 51 degrees 21 minutes West 543 feet to
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; Thence along sW sewn s
high water mark as measured by a tie line North 53 degrees 19 minut
East 132.14 feet; Thence along land now or formerly of Anlyan South
53 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 510 feet to said northwesterly
line of Lakeview Avenue; Thence along said northwesterly line South
38 degrees 39 minutes West 150 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the Bight of Way for ingress and egress for the benefit
of other land owners on the West running through the southerly
portion of the premises in an easterly direction.
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others over and along
the private roads leading from the above described premises to
Second Avenue and also a right of way across said Second Avenue to
Mill Road, a Town Road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated October 2, 1975, recorded October 8,
1975 in Liber 7923 of Deeds at page 175 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
office.
TOGETHER with all strips and gores, if any, adjacent to the above
described premises.
