.RIDER TO DEED BETWEEN HULL M. WICKHAM,
PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, AND LOUIS L.
GAYNOR, ET UX, PARTY OF THE SECOND
PART, DATED APRIL 22, 1975 .
TOGETHER with and subject to the right to the use of the
roadways within "Laughing Water" and to the beach or strand
of Hog Neck Bay jointly with other owners of premises at
"Laughing Water. '
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record.
TOGETHER WITH a right to the use, in common with others, of the
playground, beaches , Muskoday Bridge and the Marina, together
with access thereto, subject however to the rules and charuas
of the Laughing Water Property Owners Association.
