Graseck to the ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound; RUNNING THENCE 59.60±feet along the ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound to lands now or formerly of Harriet W. Freedman; RUNNING THENCE South 440 241 30" East, along lands now or formerly of Harriet W. Freedman to the northerly side of Leeton Drive;. � RUNNING THENCE South 450 35' 30" West, 74,25 feet along the northerly side of Leeton Drive to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Stanley R. Sepenoski and John B. Sepenoski by deed dated October 15, 1953 recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office October 22 , 1953 at Liber 3599 cp 415.
