Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl
& Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 26, 1966, as
Map No. 4681.
TOGETHER with an easement over the streets or roads shown on said filed
map to the nearest public highway, but excepting and reserving the
fee to the said streets , the title to which is not hereby conveyed.
TOGETHER with an easement for boating purposes, in common with others,, '

property line of the demised premises herein and extending in a
